The hotel had friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The hotel had a good location, close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff made me feel welcome.

Booked a room for 5 nights, but stayed for only one. The room was very disappointing because it was not comparable in quality to what is being advertised. The staff were pleasant and courteous, but they had no idea how to deal effectively with disruptive/problem clients or how to make things right for clients exposed to nuisances within the hotel. Furthermore, night staff apparently did not communicated client complaints to the hotel manager.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of everything, with a lot of restaurants and Bovedas artisan shops nearby. It is situated in a nice neighborhood and is just a short distance to the main plaza in Poblado. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with no issues with the AC or hot water. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfying.

Some guests experienced difficulties with the electricity in the room, as it only worked when the key was inserted, making it impossible to charge devices.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic - close to everything I needed, including great restaurants and shops. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the amenities were excellent. I especially loved the big windows in the room and the comfy bed. Plus, breakfast was included!

The location is great, in a quiet area near Zona Rosa. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is excellent and included in the rate. The entrance is beautiful and the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops.

I had booked my reservation, and I had already a final price, and when I was doing the check-in the price was a bit higher that it was shown in the reservation. I would like an explanation about it if possible.

Your stay in this hotel starts with a 30-35 minutes taxi run from the international airport "José María Córdova". The airport pick-up (arranged by the hotel) will cost you 55.000 Cop ( about € 22 euros) The location is peaceful ,quite, safe and a nice green neighbourhood with lots of trees. The hotel is at a walking distance from "Parque Lleras" (10 minutes walk)with its nightlife and good restaurants .a taxi from the hotel to this park will cost you about 3400 Pesos( € 1,25) The hotel surrounding is also full of restaurants.A Bank (Ban Colombia) with 2 atm machines is at a walking distance of about 3 minutes. A supermarket,"EXITO" (4 minutes walk) is also in the neighbourhood and what I liked most from this supermarket is that there is a atm machine (visa,mastercard,maestro) inside, in a very private corner. Every kind of Food can be ordered and delivered from surrounding restaurants to youre room till 22:00 pm. Also ice cream can be delivered. The internet is fast enough and I had a wardrobe in my room.

There wasn,t something very annoying to be honest. Once in a while I could hear the drums from the music school next to the hotel but I like music. No big deal regarding the noise ! I returned home as a happy traveller !!!
